Who sells the products on Chowk & Co.?
Independent makers, each with their own page. Every product says who sells it; tap the name to see their other products and reviews.
Can I buy from several sellers in one order?
Yes. Your bag can hold products from any sellers, and you pay once at checkout.
How do I sell on Chowk & Co.?
Apply on our Sell With Us page with your business details, PAN, GSTIN and bank account.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Open Track your order and enter your order number with the phone number or email address you ordered with.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us from our contact page with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be changed.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that, the charge for your PIN code is shown at checkout, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 working days; delivery takes 3-6 working days after that, by PIN code. Each product page shows the date for your PIN code.
Payments
Which ways can I pay?
Checkout lists every way you can pay, including Cash on Delivery.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on the store includes GST.
Returns
Can I return something?
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging. Our returns policy has the details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Write to us from our contact page with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
